Why customers refuse COD shipments — and how to fix it

A refusal at the door is not a bad customer. It's a gap in communication between the moment they ordered and the moment the courier knocks.
Reason 1: they forgot they ordered
Impulse order → 3–5 silent days → courier. Fix: WhatsApp reminder 24h after the order and the day before delivery.
Reason 2: doubts about the product
They google the brand and find noise. Fix: a short product video or carousel inside the very first message.
